They're very caring and it's convenient to Route 1. The place is very nice, they take good care of her, and we are very pleased. The staff is very, very caring and they like my sister-in-law. Everybody is very attentive to her so we're very happy about that. The food is very good and their chefs are good. It's an older facility but it's very clean, it's just a little tired-looking and needs a little redecorating.

Provide routine and emergency drugs through a licensed pharmacist and only under the general supervision of a licensed nurse. Provide appropriate treatment and care according to orders, resident? Honor the resident's right to voice grievances without discrimination or reprisal and the facility must establish a grievance policy and make prompt efforts to resolve grievances. Immediately tell the resident, the resident's doctor, and a family member of situations (injury/decline/room, etc.) that affect the resident.

We could tell that when we were there, that they make the effort to get to know the residents and treat them as if they were their own family members. The facility is newer, nice, and it's always clean. Overall, we're very happy with the facility.

The nursing home known as The Guilford House has a 4-star staff rating, the second highest possible. It is in the top 30% of facilities in terms of nursing aid staffing hours per resident per day and this number is higher than the state average. The same can be said for being in the top 20% of facilities when it comes to LPN staffing hours per resident per day and in the top 10% when related to licensed staffing hours per resident per day. The nurse staffing hours per resident per day at The Guilford House is slightly higher than the state average but falls within the top 30% of all facilities. Being in the top 20% of facilities in terms of physical therapist staffing hours per resident per day, with slightly more hours than average, closes out the staffing numbers for The Guilford House.

This isn't some concerted effort to try to bring Guilford House down for no reason. We people who are taking the time to review it have had really, really bad experiences here with family members' lives at risk. This facility does not care about your loved ones. This facility cares about money, and nothing but.

Given he had fallen and been injured on their watch, you would think we would jump at the opportunity to move him somewhere else. The problem we faced was Dad's dementia was quickly progressing and he thought of Guilford House as home. We thought uprooting him to a strange environment would do irreparable harm. Little did we know it may have saved his life.

When i got to the doctors office, she had been abandoned in the lobby, alone in a wheelchair. While AMR bears some blame here, the Guilford House, in my opinion, reneged on their duty to care for her by allowing AMR to transport her well in advance of an appointment. Also, although I had told them I would be there they didn't bother to let me know . Like I said, chaos rules at this place.I had other indications that she was neglected while she was there, but I don't feel I have enough information to bring charges against the facility. I certainly did not feel safe leaving her in their care, and made arrangements to have her moved immediately.

I was told by the new facility that this was delayed because the responsible people at the Guilford House were always "on the phone" when they called, and they would never return their calls. Given that I had multiple instances where the Guilford House personnel did not return calls as promised, I can believe this. One cynical interpretation is that they purposely delayed to get a couple more days of Medicare billing.When we finally left, I had to wheel my mom and her belongings to the curb myself.

My mother was sent here for rehab after an operation. After one week I felt it necessary to pull her out. My opinion was that the nursing staff and aides worked very hard and were good to her, but that the management of the facility was very poor. If I asked two different staff members a question I always seemed to get two different answers.

They only cleaned them at night so the dirty pots would sit in the rooms all day and the patients had to put up with it. They took between min to reply to the in room help buttons. And of course I was not allowed in due to covid restrictions so it was quite a challenge to get my mother all the proper cate that she needed. At least not until you can get in to oversee their care.

None of this is inexpensive, but she's getting a lot here compared to other facilities where she's paying way more than what she's paying here. My grandfather moved into the Guilford House. They are very nice, the staff is very connected, and knowledgeable. They make you feel very confident about their ability to care for your loved one. Just from talking to them, they provide a high level of care, they really know their residents, and their residents are like their family.

Yet the Guilford House has absolutely no documentation of any event. As far as they are concerned nothing happened. It is an unsolved mystery as to how Dad, who was unable to transfer himself and hadn't walked in over a year had multiple fractures in his leg with nothing documented in any Guilford House records. Someone who was working at the Guilford House knows what happened to Dad. What we do know is if we had to do it over again we would NEVER, ever, send our parent or anyone we love to the Guilford House for rehab. What really matters is that the rehab facility caring for your family member is competent, and honest.

This is absolutely the most awful rehabilitation facility. My mother was injured there, caregivers are rude snd rough. My mother came out after long term rehabilitation worse than when she went in. In addition she was not given her prescribed medication and her PCP was never informed.

This facility's care has declined sharply in the past few years, likely as a cost-cutting measure. This facility is going to kill someone, and it might be your family member.And Cal, spare the people your lines of garbage. Just go ahead and say that you didn't like my mom. Just go ahead and admit that you contacted the insurance company to try and make sure my grandmother didn't get the care she needed because you had to feel like a big man.

This is a private husband and wife owned facility and everything is top notch--the staff, the decor, the food and the physical facility itself. The level of care from the CNAs, RNs, PT, OT, and onsite physicians is unsurpassed. This place is where all families should begin their search if rehab or skilled nursing is needed. My choice is to give the Guilford House no stars.

One of my favorite 3d flower projects in Design Space is the Hope Anemone Flower Wall Art. I don’t love hanging things on my walls, since I live in an apartment, but I wanted to use these flowers for decor anyway. Using this project as my inspiration, I created a cute flower arrangement that I’ll never have to water and can change out or redesign any time I want. When selecting an apartment, request one above the first floor. Statistics show that these 3d floral home decor cricut handbook are much less more likely to be damaged into.

Note that one is slightly bigger than the other — make sure the bigger on is below the smaller one. I’d love to see these on an Easter table in the spring. For anything that looks like the pistil/stamen, roll it. I generally use a wooden dowel or pencil to get an even roll. Sometimes I offset them, and sometimes I stack them straight on — if I’m making several, I try and mix it up a bit. You’ll notice that there are two parts to the leaves, one that is 3D and one that is flat.

You can cover the places you attached the wire with the green leaves. Ideally, your floral wire would be green, but really anything works. I had this copper wire handy, and it proved to firmly hold the flowers in place in its final design. When you’re removing the cardstock from mat, first remove the excess paper. Then, turn the mat upside down, with the paper facing down.

If you’re using cardstock, make sure to use the blue “lightgrip” mat when you cut. This helps make it easier to remove cardstock or construction paper when you’re done cutting. These 3d flowers were relatively easy to make, with the only complication being deciding which type of glue I wanted to use. Making these, I used two kinds, but if I could start over, I would have used a hot glue gun from the start.
